I’m an out-of-network provider, which means that I’m not beholden to your insurance company’s requirements to permanently document your diagnosis, immediately prescribe medication, and complete sessions as quickly as possible. Your business is private and confidential and your treatment is personalized. Many clients find that this fosters a more comfortable and effective treatment experience.
I do provide superbills upon request that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your plan’s coverage.

I specialize in anxiety, mood, behavioral, psychotic and attention-deficit disorders. I also have a fondness for those parenting young children and have many clients struggling in this area. I take a Western approach (prescription medications) when necessary but incorporate Eastern/alternative medicines coupled with lifestyle and behavioral modification.
I see clients in-person and via telehealth, whichever is most preferable for you.

Care here is intentionally unhurried. Sessions are longer by design, allowing space to understand not just symptoms, but the person behind them. I prioritize time, continuity and depth so care evolves around you, not a checklist. Treatment is individualized, grounded in clinical judgment rather than trends, algorithms or time constraints to propel you towards lasting stability.

I have an approachable, warm style that allows you to feel safe and heard. I’m selective in who I take on as clients so as to provide the utmost care in and out of session. I value people and love what I do and make every effort for my clients to feel that when I work with them!

This is something we will discuss initially and during our care alignment sessions. Medication philosophies differ and I’ll guide you through tailored options for your specific needs and goals. That said, I never prescribe with the hope or intention that it will be life-long.
I love tapering clients off medications that are no longer necessary. Should you want to taper off of medication entirely, I’ll work with you to assess and evaluate the safest and most effective ways to do so and what to expect along the way.
