Taylor Fancher, PMHNP

I’m Taylor Fancher, integrative, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2018 with nearly fifteen years of psychiatric experience. I’ve gained expertise in outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, residential treatment centers, IOP/PHPs, community health and at-risk populations in underserved communities from Brooklyn, NY to Seattle, WA and across the great state of Texas. My experience in child and adolescent psychiatry at Dallas Children’s and adult/geriatric and addiction psychiatry at UTSW has helped form my psychiatric approach across the lifespan.

My goal is to nurture a long-term, trusting relationship to help you become the best version of yourself - not prescribe a medication and send you on your way. As an integrative clinician, I treat you - the whole person - mind, body and spirit. I utilize all healing modalities including nutritional supplements (nootropics/nutraceuticals), mind-body medicine, herbal and plant-based medicines with Western psychiatric approaches such as prescription medication and solution-focused/CBT therapy. Having personal experience with anxiety and panic, I’m able to empathize with my patients’ struggles and pain in a unique way and use my expertise to help you achieve your individual and specific goals.

I’m passionate about the family and specialize in anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, ADHD, parent coaching, and functional nutrition.

Outside of session I can be found with my wife and four daughters cleaning up a mess or getting time in the pool. If God is particularly gracious, I’ll be golfing or having a jam session on the guitar!
